Posted in Thoughts of the Day on December 21st, 2009 by MillerHey guys,
“I’ve been developing performance smoothies for a while now, and I call them Yuk shakes, because you’ll savour the results of these, but not the flavour. One recipe I’ve been developing for a while, is a powerful fusion:
Half a pint of Rice Milk
1 x Banana
3x raw eggs
1 x Jacket Potato
1 x clove of garlic (crushed)
Half an orange
1 x pomegranate
2 x generous scoops of ice
And my new found special ingredient Marmite (a rare source of vitamin B12)
Blitz up in a blender until smooth.
Finish with a garnish of dandelion leaves spinkled over the top and voila!
I tried it yesterday guys, and it certainly got results. Not for the weak stomached -- I got a loads out from this, far more than I put in. This stuff works itself out.
You’re Never Too Young To Work It Out.
Posted in Motivations, Star Clients on December 21st, 2009 by MillerSome of you may have had a look around the site, but are asking yourselves, ‘Am I ready to Work It Out?’ I want you to take a look at Harry. He’s 6 and came to me with a host of problems that were getting him down; his Mum had confiscated his Tamagotchi; school bullies were pushing his straw irretrievably inside his carton of five-alive; he’s got 11 stickers of Frank Lampard that not one bastard would swap for a ‘shiny’ Chelsea. We took these frustrations, and we worked it out.
